After having a bad experience with a warranty repair service company, we looked up google reviews and found TFS had positive reviews. We booked Cedric and he turned up on time, was extremely professional and was able to diagnose the problem and carry out a temporary repair whilst waiting for the replacement internal hose to arrive. This is something that the other repair company could not do. Their fix was to tilt the dishwasher backward which resulted in leakage. We are very happy that we found a professional in Cedric and will certainly use this company for all our appliance repairs in the future.

Our washing machine was tripping off the power safety switch when the cycle ended. We contacted Cedric after trying other places who were booked out for ages. Cedric fit us into his schedule and came out, identified the heater was the issue. Gave us detailed quotes and time frames for the replacement. It came in 2 days early and he was on the phone to me today and around in 10 minutes! The issue solved and fixed in no time! Cedric is a top bloke too, and did a fantastic job. Thanks again mate! Cedric was able to get back to me quickly to look at my leaky washing machine within a day of my enquiry. He arrived and had my machine fixed within half an hour. Small leak from bottom of fridge - Cedric checked drains - all ok, then back of appliance to find the water leaking from an unusual location. He took some photos, then got back to me the next day with an apology that the damage was irreparable, and some advice on how to cope. Strange when the fridge is not that old. Maybe the rough moving back and forth during recent insurance claim repairs on the kitchen could have caused the damage. I contacted the insurers who then spoke with Cedric for further details. We now have a replacement new fridge - I especially appreciated Cedric's willingness to talk with the insurer, pass on photos etc. Cedric was punctual and knowledgable - but also willing to go the extra mile to help. TFS is now our regular "go to" for appliance repairs.

What a great service! Cedric came out the same day I spoke to him about fixing my oven. He replaced the element and checked that it was working. The charge for his services was very reasonable. He provided an invoice that was clearly itemised, with no hidden costs. I not only 100% recommened using TFS Appliance Repairs but will also be calling Cedric next time I need an appliance repair.
