My Side by Side frig/freezer gave up the ghost on Friday night and as I frantically searched for a refrigeration mechanic to help me over the week end and Monday after contacting several businesses I was advised by Steve from Steve appliances to contact TFS Appliance Repairs P/L who he recommended would be able to help me. Well to my pleasant surprise when I rang Cedric , The French Sparkie I was more than pleased and very thankful for that advice. I would highly recommend TFS Appliances and found Cedric to be reliable, courteous , prompt and polite in his manner of service and follow up .

A definite five star service! Cedric was so professional, honest and knowledgeable. After dealing for two years, unsuccessfully, with Bosch specialist from Brisbane, Cedric diagnosed the issue in my ‘new’ washing machine within minutes, ordered the part and installed it. Washing machine was finally fixed!! I am so appreciative!! He was lovely to deal with, had an intelligent approach to the problem and loves the work he does. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for any future appliance needs.

Cedric from TFS Appliance Repair was great. Very responsive, great communication and fixed our washing machine in ~15mins. He managed to fit us in at short notice, arriving 2 hours after the initial request was submitted. Reasonably priced and professional. Thanks Cedric and TFS!

After having a bad experience with a warranty repair service company, we looked up google reviews and found TFS had positive reviews. We booked Cedric and he turned up on time, was extremely professional and was able to diagnose the problem and carry out a temporary repair whilst waiting for the replacement internal hose to arrive. This is something that the other repair company could not do. Their fix was to tilt the dishwasher backward which resulted in leakage. We are very happy that we found a professional in Cedric and will certainly use this company for all our appliance repairs in the future.

Our washing machine was tripping off the power safety switch when the cycle ended. We contacted Cedric after trying other places who were booked out for ages. Cedric fit us into his schedule and came out, identified the heater was the issue. Gave us detailed quotes and time frames for the replacement. It came in 2 days early and he was on the phone to me today and around in 10 minutes! The issue solved and fixed in no time! Cedric is a top bloke too, and did a fantastic job. Thanks again mate! Cedric was able to get back to me quickly to look at my leaky washing machine within a day of my enquiry. He arrived and had my machine fixed within half an hour. Impressed by his promptness and efficiency and thrilled I didn’t have to spend big on a new machine. Will use again and recommend TFS to everyone I know.

Cederic was excellent with his initial visit and with the 15mins diagnostics (included in callout fee) was able to collect enough information to identify possible problem. Getting the part was a downer due to freighting. On arrival fitting the controller board was completed and machine tested OK.

Small leak from bottom of fridge – Cedric checked drains – all ok, then back of appliance to find the water leaking from an unusual location. He took some photos, then got back to me the next day with an apology that the damage was irreparable, and some advice on how to cope. Strange when the fridge is not that old. Maybe the rough moving back and forth during recent insurance claim repairs on the kitchen could have caused the damage. I contacted the insurers who then spoke with Cedric for further details. We now have a replacement new fridge – I especially appreciated Cedric’s willingness to talk with the insurer, pass on photos etc. Cedric was punctual and knowledgable – but also willing to go the extra mile to help. TFS is now our regular “go to” for appliance repairs.

I phoned to book an appointment to have my fisher & paykel dish drawers repaired. Cedric was able to come that day. He fixed the issue quickly and explained why the dish drawers did not appear to “clean” properly. I had been using tablets in my machine ( according to google searches you can do this,WRONG!! ) After a thorough clean and only using powder the machine works perfectly. Thank you Cedric, I highly recommend Cedric and will use his business if required again.

TFS Appliance Repair – Cedric repaired my Samsung fridge/freezer. I rang about 1.30pm / 2pm today to get someone to look at freezer as it stopped working & could not get anyone else to come today until I rang TFS & Cedric arrived a few later, very professional & fixed the problem at a reasonable fee. Amazing service & I would recommend with no hesitation Cedric from TFS…sensational work! I thought I would need to go & buy fridge freezer this afternoon (my only day off) however Cedric came to my rescue & fixed it. Thank you once again!

Cedric came the afternoon of my call to assess issues with ASKO appliances, one of which had been assessed requiring a $500 part by an alternate repair man. Just had Cedric come to fix our Electrolux Dryer. Pro’s: He was extremely polite and customer friendly. He diagnosed the fault really quickly and communicated the part price straight away and was finished in a time sensitive manner. As they say, time is money. The webpage answers my questions about service fees (clearly) and the reviews are good. Con’s: The only criticism is that it would’ve been preferable to have more of an actual time window rather than “afternoon”. I have a day to do too. Nobody wants to be waiting all afternoon for an “I’m on my way” call. Kids need picking up from school etc. I had to send an SMS at 4PM to get an ETA cause I didn’t hear anything. It’s a small issue in communication but it didnt reflect the service once here. At the end of the day, if he sucked, I’d be more than happy to say so, but his service while here was faultless and now we have our dryer back. He did a great job. If I need other repairs on something else, I’ll be calling again.

After frantically calling a number of repairers on Friday morning, Cedric was the only one who could make it the same day & even though he couldn’t get to us until after 7pm on a Friday night he still showed up and still charged his usual fees. We had a quote on Monday for parts & repairs as promised and he came and fitted them the same day! We couldn’t be happier with the speed of service and the price, highly recommend!

Hi folks I tried to get my Dishdrawer repaired by Fisher & Paykel, I was actually on hold for 2hours 54 mins and they were absolutely hopeless . They had fixed the machine a year ago but It hasn’t worked since and my tenants didn’t seem to care, so I didn’t either . I then out of frustration googled fisher & Paykel dishdrawer repairs Gold Coast and I found Cedric ! He was FANTASTIC in every way he seems very busy but arrived on time and actually had all the relevant parts to fix the problem with the dish drawer . I then asked him to look at my fridge which had an ice and water issue , 20 minutes later FIXED . He’s is a TRUE professional and now I have someone to recommend to my friends and customers ! Stop. Look no further. Cedric is your man. We have lived in Tallai for 7 years and have tried many tradesmen. Cedric surpassed them all. He is easy to contact and a great communicator. He comes when he says he will and if delayed he lets you know coming to my job at 6PM and finishing at 8PM! He is neat and pleasant and quite charming. More importantly he is very knowledgeable and most efficient. We found him scrupulously honest on a number of jobs and were more than happy with the results.
