We service the Gold Coast from Upper Coomera to Palm Beach, and are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and sometimes even later at no extra cost, no credit card surcharge either!
What we do
Mainly, we fix all appliances in the house like washing-machines, dryers, dishwashers, wall ovens, free-standing stoves, microwave ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, fridge-freezers, etc. but we also repair a range of commercial appliances such as dishwashers, glass washers, ice machines, refrigerators, combi-ovens, bain-marie, plate heaters, filtration systems, etc.

Warranty
If the same problem stops your machine any time over the next 30 days we will come back and not charge another callout. Only thing you may pay is for any new parts that were not replaced in the original repair. All new parts we fit are covered by manufacturer warranty which varies from 3, 6 or 12 months.
You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.
First of all, you could be throwing a perfectly good machine for a fault as simple as a loose wire. For $150+gst, you get us to check your machine and diagnose it so you know exactly what’s wrong with it before deciding any further. Plus, most repairs are very quick and don’t involve much labor as parts are basically plug & play. Finally, our rates are as per follow:
- CALLOUT, only once per repair and includes up to 15min for initial diagnostic: The standard callout is at $150+gst for domestic freestanding appliances up to 60cm wide (except for fridges) or at $175+gst for larger, combo, condenser, stacked, integrated, wine coolers and bar fridges or at $200+gst for commercial grade appliances (restaurants & businesses). That’s for one appliance, to look at another one is an extra $50+gst/ea
- LABOR, after the diagnostic: $25+gst/15min
- SPARE PARTS if required to be replaced: price and availability will be quoted upon assessment

- Furthermore saves you from wasting a lot of time & money on getting a brand new one,
- In addition, frees you from the hassle of having one delivered & installed and having to tip the old one,
- Plus, it’s a good help saving the environment!
We usually can book you in for the same or next day and because we carry the most common parts in our vehicle, we usually can fix your appliance on the spot!
We’re open Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, often even later and at the same rate! Our service area covers from Upper Coomera to Palm Beach

- Our service area covers from Upper Coomera to Palm Beach If you’re just outside of our service area, we may be able to come but there would be an extra $25+gst for travel time to your suburb. Above Ormeau and below Coolangatta or inland western suburbs are out of our service area.
